How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery to the United States takes between 7 to 12 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly on our website using the "Track Order" page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily focus on serving our customers in the United States to ensure the fastest shipping times and best service possible.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
What if my order arrives damaged or broken?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your organizer or rack arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at support@joyestore.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the damaged item. We will ship a free replacement immediately—no extra cost to you.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email us at support@joyestore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.

Are the L-Shaped Under-Sink Organizers adjustable?
Yes! Our L-Shaped Under-Sink Organizers are designed to fit around standard under-sink pipes. The unique narrow top and wide bottom design allow you to place them on either the left or right side of the cabinet, bypass plumbing, and maximize your vertical storage.
What materials are the organizers and pot racks made of?
All Joye Store products are manufactured using premium, heavy-duty carbon steel or high-grade iron. They are finished with a rust-proof coating to ensure durability in damp environments like under the kitchen sink or inside the bathroom.
Do I need tools to assemble these organizers?
Most of our products (including the L-shaped organizers and rotating spice racks) feature a quick, tool-free assembly design. You can easily snap or screw the parts together in less than 5 minutes. A clear, step-by-step instruction manual is included in every package.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at support@joyestore.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed and sent to the fulfillment center, we are unable to make any changes.
