Any other address, including lookalike spellings and different domain endings, is not operated by us. We are not responsible for orders placed on those sites and we cannot help recover payments made to them.
How to Check Before You Order
- Look at the address bar and confirm the domain reads exactly joyestore.com.
- Confirm the page is served over https.
- Be cautious of prices far below ours, countdown timers with extreme discounts, and stores with no working contact page.
- Check that the site has a real returns and shipping policy, not placeholder text.
What We Never Do
- We never ask you to pay by bank transfer, gift card, cryptocurrency, or any method outside our normal checkout.
- We never ask for your full card number, PIN, or account password by email or chat.
- We never contact you asking for extra payment after an order is complete.
If You Think You Ordered From a Fake Site
- Contact your bank or card issuer and ask about a chargeback.
- Keep the order confirmation, the website address, and any messages you received.
- Report the site to the platform you found it on.
